We bought our first house and utilized the expertise of Kelly O'Brien throughout the process. She is very responsive (something I think is essential in a good real estate agent), she is extremely knowledgeable about the process and was always willing to advise us on her opinion of houses we saw if we asked for that input and she counseled us through some very tough situations. We wrote 13 offers before we got our house because it is a very tough market right now (many houses went under contract for at least $20K over asking or buyers waived inspections, etc.) and Kelly was supportive and communicative throughout the entire process. Also, I found it important that once we got under contract she was still always available for questions or concerns. I felt she was real with us and we didn't feel pressured to put out an offer for any houses we didn't thoroughly like or want.

Kelly is superb every step of the way! We were nervous first-time home buyers facing a limited inventory. Kelly immediately put us at ease with her confident and caring demeanor. We had a specific vision for our first home and Kelly made sure this became a reality. When a new community caught our eye, she helped lead us through the new home buying process. She was there to look over builder and vendor contracts and answer any questions we had. She was vital in helping us stick to our budget, while creating a house that would be desirable for us and marketable when we go to sell. We were so glad to have her as a resource at contract signings, design center and vendor appointments, and walkthroughs, which she generously offered to attend. We recommend Kelly and will call her when we're ready to make our next move.

My family and I worked with Don for our overseas relocation and he was absolutely amazing! During our emails and phone conversations when we lived overseas, Don was very flexible with his schedule to communicate with us at any time of day. When we finally moved to Colorado, he helped us pinpoint what neighborhoods we were looking for, what home necessities we wanted, and the price range we were aiming for. He was always available to communicate, whether it may be through e-mail, phone call, or text. Overseas relocation is already stressful by itself, and even more so with the pandemic going on, but Don was able to be flexible and patient with everything, and we were able to purchase our dream home! Don was referred to me by a friend, and I would gladly do the same. He was incredibly supportive in helping me buy my first house. He showed me a lot of different options, was very considerate of what I wanted and what I didn't want, was respectful of my price range (ended up buying on the lower end of the range I was hoping for!), and most important, was incredibly responsive and always available whenever I had a question or wanted to go look at a house. Buying a first house is pretty intimidating, but Don made it easier than I expected it to be.

When it came time to downsize, I contacted Don to explore what I needed to do to prepare my house for sale. He provided some great advice on how to prepare for selling my home taking into consideration the current market - I would have probably invested much more than I needed without the advice as it sold quickly without much more than cleaning and organizing. Don was very accessible and accompanied me to every appointment with the sale and purchase of my home. He made the process as comfortable as buying and selling homes could be expected.

Don and Kelly listened to us when we described what we were looking for and then created a customized search to help us find our home. We were searching from another state and they even did a FaceTime showing with us on a possible home! We felt completely supported the entire time and always got prompt answers to our questions and good advice when we needed their guidance. They have now helped us sell a home and buy a home and both experiences were awesome. We recommend Kelly and Don without hesitation whenever anyone is in need of a realtor.

Don and Kelly are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone! They are very professional and have a great network of other services you will need in the home-buying process. They also care about the best interest of their clients. Don and Kelly helped us through the process as first time home buyers with our condo a few years ago and helped us last year with selling that condo and purchasing a new construction home. We could not have been this successful in the crazy Denver market without their help!

Kelly helped me buy my first house and was very personable and helpful thru the entire process of searching for the right home and closing on it, and even after moving in still checks in to make sure everything is going well. Incredibly hard working and personable. It was about the customer/client throughout the whole process. The service-oriented philosophy was refreshing. After having sold our home in another state, we wished the O’Briens would have been our realtors for those efforts also! I cannot recommend them highly or strongly enough. Don and Kelly know the area so well. They take the time to understand what is important to your family and find what fits you best! They also take time to provide local recommendations to answer any questions you might have when moving to a new area. I highly recommend them.
